Our Family of 4

Eric has been out of town for the past two weeks at a training school for work. So while he was gone my mom came up and stayed to help out with the babies. We had a lot of fun and I actually ate 2 meals a day while she was here! I think I started gaining weight again while she has been here. My dad flew up on Friday to drive home with my mom tomorrow and he took some family pictures for us.
Over the past 2 weeks Mason has become very interested in his mobile and everything else. He just sits and stares at everything. When we set him in his boppy under his mobile he will sit there and hit and grab at the blocks. It is so cute!

6 Weeks

The babies are 6 weeks old today! I can't believe how fast it has gone by. I went to Hendrick and reactivated my membership and started working out again yesterday. I don't think I will be able to walk tomorrow. It has been 10 months since I last worked out and I can tell. I am so out of shape. Hopefully it won't take too long to get back into it though. Back to Work

Today was my first day to go back to work all day. I had a booth at the Bridal Extravaganza at the Civic Center. It was nice to be out of the house and around people! It was a lot of fun and hopefully will be great for business. I have a couple of client meetings this week and my first shoot since the babies were born on Saturday. I am excited to start taking pictures again.

Growing Babies!

We took the babies in on Friday for a weight check and they are growing great! Mason weighed 6 lbs 11 ounces and Sawyer weighed 5 pounds 11 ounces.

Bath Time

Today we gave the babies their first bath at home. Sawyer liked it better than Mason did. Here is a video of their bath.

We're Home

We brought the babies home yesterday. Sunday night they passed their car seat tests and Monday night we roomed in at the hospital. They are doing great though. We haven't slept much, but it is fun to have them home.

The babies are doing great right now. They have gained weight the past 4 nights and are now both above their birth weights. Mason is up to 5 lbs 10 ounces and Sawyer is up to 5 lbs 1 ounce!
