Mason and Sawyer are 19 months now. More than half way to 2. tempus fugit. Last month I didn't really do any updates so I thought I would say a little bit of what they are doing right now. They are both saying lots of words, running everywhere and climbing on everything. They both LOVE to read. They look at books all day and bring books to me constantly. I read books to them over and over all day. When Sawyer wants to read, she sits down in your lap, pulls your hand out and puts the book in it. It is so cute! They are really into copying each other right now. We say monkey see monkey do a lot. Mason likes to hug Sawyer and is so sweet. But he also really likes to lay on her and smother her, or sit on her head right now. She gets really mad. Mason also puts his hands in his ears all the time and talks. I guess he likes the way it sounds. Sawyer has started saying no to anything and everything. No matter what question it is. But it is in a cute voice and is so cute. I am sure it get annoying but right now it is so cute and she doesn't really mean no. Sawyer is also doing almost all of the animal noises now and they are so precious. The rooster and frog are my favorite. Mason is starting to say them too, but he doesn't do as many as Sawyer. It amazes me how well they know all of our books now! They say the noises before me on any books that have animal or other noises. Mason says baby for please. He signs please but says baby. He also says cookie for book. So we hear a lot of baby cookie, which means book please. We always say the right word to try and correct him but he sticks with his words.

Mason with his hands in his ears and about 7 grapes in his mouth!

I have been super busy lately! We have had a lot going on and I have been working like crazy. I finally got my new website launched. http://hannahvickersphotography.com/ Let me know what you think! I have also had lots of sessions and I am doing a back to school special right now. So on top of all that we had a garage sale last weekend, took Sawyer to the dentist, went to a birthday party for Big Papa and lots of other stuff. Here are a few pictures from the week-

We took Sawyer into our dentist to have her teeth looked at cause we thought she had a lot of tarter build up and were worried about her getting cavities. Turns out it was just stain and we can get it off if we hold her down long enough when we brush her teeth! They hate having their teeth brushed right now though and it is not a fun job.

Some of our friends decided to have a garage sale so we put a bunch of stuff in it too. We have never done one and it went really well. It was great to clear out the garage and closets, and make a little money too.

The rest of our trip to Kingsville was great! The kids spent most of the week playing outside. On Thursday we went to the beach (Padre Island). They loved it so much. We got there around 11 and didn't leave until 2:30. Sawyer fell asleep with me holding her before we even got to the car they were so worn out. They ran in the waves and played in the sand the entire time. Then today, on our way back to Abilene, my parents drove with us to San Antonio and we all went to the zoo. My friend Amber said that the zoo was awesome and that the kids would enjoy it. And they loved it! The zoo had a lot of places that the kids could see that animals real well. Mason even tried to kiss one of the animals through the glass. They also have a petting zoo there. As soon as Mason walked in and saw the goats he started screaming and doing his happy dance. He loved patting the goats. Sawyer on the other hand was not so excited. Here are the rest of the pictures from the trip (there are alot):

The kids and I drove down to Kingsville yesterday. It ended up being an all day trip. We left about 8:30 and didn't get to Kingsville until almost 8. My parents met us in San Antonio for lunch and shopping at the La Cantera Mall. The kids did really well traveling. They watched Cedarmont Kids the whole time and each napped at different times. Sawyer slept on the way down but Mason didn't. So he passed out in the stroller while we were shopping. He slept like this for over an hour!

Today the kids just played outside in some blow up pools and with the new toys Grammy and Granddad got them. We have some fun plans for the week though. We are going to go to the beach and the San Antonio Zoo!
